Our first women’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu seminar of 2017 went down a storm. We had some of the regulars joining us, but also saw four new ladies try out Jiu Jitsu for the first time.

We get asked quite a few times about the belt colours for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. There are two elements - juniors and adults. The junior Brazilian Jiu Jitsu belt colours have recently changed and are a little more complex. The adults belt colours are a little simpler.
